My name is Clémentine, and I am based in Marseille, in the south of France, where I like to hike and swim in the Mediterranean Sea whenever I can. I am a certified Watsu® and Underwater Healing Dance® practitioner.
My journey into aquatic bodywork began through freediving. In my desire to deepen relaxation and ease in the water, I discovered aquatic osteopathy and aquatic contact dance, which led me to study Watsu and later Healing Dance, which quickly became the heart of my practice. This path has been far more than a technical training; it has supported profound inner and outer transformations. What began as a search for well-being gradually unfolded into a true path of embodiment.
Water is my greatest teacher — not only in fluidity, but also in verticality. Through it, I have learned to root my feet into the ground and fully inhabit my earthly presence.
I continuously deepen and refine my understanding of this aquatic work by bringing it into dialogue with other somatic approaches, particularly Body-Mind Centering®, explored both on land and in water. I am inspired by the contributions of the Water Doulas and by the shared explorations with dear aquatic friends and colleagues.
I am also part of a volunteer team in a specialized residential care center, where we accompany people with multiple disabilities in the water. All these experiences sharpen my presence, my listening, and the clarity of my relational field.
My color as a practitioner is one of attentive presence, grounded fluidity, and respect for each person’s rhythm. As a teacher, my intention is to create, with joy and lightness, a space where each person feels supported, safe, and free to discover their own embodied expression in the water.
I feel deeply honored to be part of this living lineage and to contribute to its continuity. I look forward to meeting you in the water 🤍
“Here, I encountered a hand that merges with the water. A subtle and precise touch that recognizes the autonomy of the systems. A grounded presence that opened and held a space in which I could settle, rest, and unfold.” -Tali
When I came out of the water, I was no longer the same, because something within me had shifted. I believe that during my immersions, I encountered a part of myself that was unknown, wounded — and that I allowed myself to listen to.” -Frédéric
